Product & Business Development Executive (Fashion & Beauty)

We are looking for a Product & Business Development Executive who loves discovering new products, building partnerships, and helping us grow our product categories.

If you enjoy product development, sales planning, and working with creative teams to launch exciting new items — you will enjoy this role.

What You Will Do
1. Product Development & Selection

Find and evaluate new product opportunities (fashion, beauty, lifestyle).

Review product quality, pricing and potential demand.

Negotiate with suppliers on cost, MOQ and terms.

Ensure we bring in products that customers will love and that fit our brand.

2. Business Development & Partnerships

Build strong relationships with suppliers, brands and partners.

Secure sponsorships, samples and marketing support for campaigns.

Create win-win collaborations that help grow our brand.

3. Sales Planning & Strategy

Plan product sales strategies for weekly and monthly goals.

Suggest promotions, bundles and themed campaigns.

Analyse sales performance to identify what works and what needs improvement.

Forecast demand and recommend stock plans to reduce risk.

4. Campaign & Team Support

Work with marketing, creative and live-selling teams for new product launches.

Prepare clear product info, selling points and FAQ for the team.

Ensure product details, pricing and stock are ready for campaigns.

Make sure all product claims are accurate and compliant.

Who We Are Looking For
  • Experience in product development, sourcing, business development, category management, FMCG, fashion or beauty is a bonus.
