Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the running of the section within the department to achieve synergies associated with the current organization structure.
• Develop strategy and plan for sales and distribution for local and foreign markets.
• Ensure smooth running of day-to-day sales, marketing, distribution, and customer support activities.
• Develop overall sales and distribution strategy for the section and department.
• Develop pricing strategy for finished goods and spare parts.
• Develop customer support strategy for local and foreign markets.
• Ensure smooth distribution of finished goods and spare parts to customers.
• Coordinate with material control and production representatives for inventory (raw materials / finished goods) management and production planning.
• Coordinate with Finance / HR representatives in financial aspects of inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, SOP and WIP requirement.
• Prepare budget for each financial year and ensure budgetary control throughout the section.
• Any other roles and responsibilities assigned by Head of Department and GM.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, professional degree, engineering (mechanical), engineering (mechatronic/electromechanical), or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience: Candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably senior executives specializing in sales, especially HVACR.
• Willing to work in Shah Alam and Banting.
