We are looking for a highly collaborative and commercially minded Product & Brand Marketing Manager to help Famsy discover the next generation of trendy, gift-worthy products and bring them to market through strong storytelling, content, and strategic partnerships.
This role sits at the intersection of product discovery, brand narrative, content creation, and channel execution. You will work closely with the product team to identify and validate new products, shape their stories to fit the Famsy brand, and collaborate with channel leaders to launch them effectively across B2B, retail, and online platforms. You will also drive co-branding and partnership opportunities that elevate Famsy’s brand and reach.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Product Discovery & Trend Sourcing
- Collaborate with the product team to identify new, trendy, and gift-worthy products relevant to the MY/SG market.
- Monitor trends across social media, retail, marketplaces, events, and competitor brands.
- Validate product ideas based on:
- Brand fit
- Channel suitability (B2B, retail, online)
- Commercial feasibility (pricing, MOQ, margin, lead time)
- 2. Product Storytelling & Brand Narrative
- Craft compelling product stories aligned with Famsy’s brand positioning and values.
- Define the “why” behind each product:
- Who it’s for
- When it’s gifted
- Translate product features into emotionally resonant brand-led messaging.
- Develop content ideas and briefs for each product or campaign (video, social, product pages, marketing assets).
- Work with internal or external content creators to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
- Ensure consistency of tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
- Work closely with B2B, retail, and online Channel HODs to:
- Align on priorities and launch timelines
- Adapt product stories for each channel’s audience and use case
- Support campaign rollouts with relevant content and messaging
- Ensure product launches are coordinated, timely, and well-communicated internally
- 5. Partnerships & Co-Branding
- Identify and propose potential brand partners for co-branding or collaborative campaigns.
- Initiate outreach, pitch collaboration ideas, and manage partnerships end-to-end.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute co-branded products or campaigns.
- Ensure partnerships align with Famsy’s brand image and commercial goals.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, brand, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and content creation.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and channel teams.
- Good sense of trends, consumer behavior, and gifting culture.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Commercially aware (understands margins, pricing, and go-to-market considerations).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Bonus / Nice to Have
- Experience in consumer brands, gifting, lifestyle, retail, or e-commerce.
- Experience working with creators, KOLs, or brand partnerships.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing or corporate gifting.
- Experience launching new products or campaigns end-to-end.
