- Make light edits when needed (text tweaks, exports, resizing, preparing masters for localisation).
- Prepare clean master builds that offshore teams can roll out efficiently.
3. Quality Control
- Conduct first‑pass QC before work goes to brand teams or clients.
- Check:
- spelling, grammar, and line breaks
- layout and alignment
- brand colours, grids, logo use

- technical production specs
- Highlight errors clearly and liaise with production artists to apply fixes.
- Escalate brand‑critical issues early.
4. Brand Stewardship
- Maintain an expert understanding of the client’s brand guidelines.
- Ensure every asset—print, digital, or motion—meets brand rules and platform requirements.
- Support the creation and maintenance of brand production bibles and onboarding guides.
- Help production teams interpret guidelines into practical, accurate output.
5. Communication & Coordination
- Act as the link between creative, production, QC, and brand teams.
- Provide updates across Slack, Monday.com, and email.
