Join Genting Malaysia Berhad as a Procurement Officer to manage tender projects, contract renewals, and supplier negotiations in a leading multinational hospitality company.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct tender projects and Request for Proposal events for sourcing purposes
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies
• Process contract renewals timely
• Process purchase requisitions and create new material master codes
• Handle operational issues related to purchases and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Conduct market surveys for suppliers and products
• Contribute new ideas for system efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Create Contract Workplace (CW)
• Negotiate prices

About You

The company is looking for:

• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistic Management, International Trade, Marketing, or Social Science; fresh graduates are welcome
• Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Hands‑on experience with judges. SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or other ERP systems is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
