Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Procurement Assistant to help with the acquisition of goods and services necessary for organizational operations. This role involves issuing purchase orders, preparing documentation for stocks and loans, and managing customer service between suppliers and customers. Candidates should hold at least a diploma and have some relevant experience. Knowledge of MS Office is essential, and proficiency in Mandarin is preferable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the acquisition of goods and services.
  • Issue Purchase Order.
  • Prepare stock documents via system.
  • Handle warranty claims (RMA Process).
  • Manage customer service between suppliers and customers.
  • Prepare loan and shipping documents.
  • Assist with stock inventory.
  • Generate reports.
