A logistics management company is seeking a Procurement & Logistic Executive to oversee supplier negotiations, manage procurement records, and ensure timely materials delivery. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and possess strong negotiation and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1–3 years of experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a competitive salary of RM5000.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Prepare, issue, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company policies.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.
Maintain accurate procurement records, including quotations, contracts, and supplier information.
Monitor supplier performance and support supplier evaluation activities.
Assist in developing cost-saving initiatives and alternative sourcing strategies.
Ensure all purchases comply with internal controls and budget requirements.
Coordinate with warehouses, freight forwarders, and transport providers for inbound and outbound shipments.
Track shipment status and resolve delivery or documentation issues.
Monitor inventory levels and work closely with planning and warehouse teams to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Ensure all delivery documentation (DO, invoice, packing list) is accurate and complete.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in procurement or logistics‑related role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
Able to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment.
