You will prepare purchase requisitions and orders, maintain supplier documents, and monitor stock levels. Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of working experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP purchasing modules is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Communicate with suppliers to request quotations and follow up on order status.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and invoices.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse to monitor stock levels.
  • Collect and compare supplier quotations for cost-saving initiatives.
