Job Summary:

The International Procurement Executive provides administrative and operational support to the procurement team, ensuring smooth purchasing processes. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating with suppliers, tracking orders, and assisting with inventory management to optimize procurement efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To coordinate with International Local Procurement Team on various related matters
  • Establish good relationships and work closely with all team members from various departments as well as suppliers
  • Conduct market research to benchmark pricing and find cost‑saving opportunities
  • Generate reports on procurement costs, supplier performance, and export activities
  • To performs other related duties and ad‑hoc task as assigned
Requirements:
  • Must be fluent in English (written & spoken).
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • Prefer 1‑3 years of experience in Procurement / Sourcing / Retailer / FMCG
