The Procurement Executive plays a critical role in enabling our schools to operate efficiently, sustainably, and cost-effectively. This role goes beyond purchasing—you will be a strategic partner to multiple stakeholders, driving smart sourcing decisions, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring strong governance through effective contract and procurement management.

You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to secure the best value for the organisation, improve procurement processes, and support the continued growth of ACE EdVenture Group.

Source, evaluate, and appoint suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability, and service standards.

Build strong, professional relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive terms and contracts.

Monitor supplier performance through regular reviews and audits to ensure continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Purchase Order & Procurement Operations

  • Manage purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure goods and services are received on time.
  • Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and timelines.

Cost Control & Analysis

  • Support procurement budget management to ensure cost efficiency and value for money.
  • Analyse spending patterns and recommend cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in education, retail, wholesales, or service industries.
  • Proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost optimisation.
  • Familiar with procurement software (Experienced in SQL system is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing principles, supply chain processes, and supplier management.
