Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd is a leading B2B travel wholesaler in Malaysia, specializing in providing customized travel packages to partners across the ASEAN region. We are committed to delivering high‑quality travel solutions and exceptional customer service. As a key member of the operations team, the Procurement Executive will ensure the timely and cost‑effective acquisition of travel‑related services and products, including hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other partners, while fostering strong supplier relationships.

This is a full‑time on‑site role as a Procurement Executive at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree education level
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 3 years of related work experience
  • Experience handling import shipments is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers
  • Resourceful, self‑driven, proactive and capable of working both independently and in a team
  • Demonstrates a friendly, approachable demeanor, presents themselves professionally, and upholds high standards of honesty and integrity
  • Location: Jalan Raja Chulan, KL
Responsibilities

  • Responsible for negotiating prices in line with the company's cost‑saving objectives
  • Maintenance of accurate records of purchases, quotations, supplier information and relevant documentation
