As a key member of the operations team, the Procurement Executive will ensure the timely and cost‑effective acquisition of travel‑related services and products, including hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other partners, while fostering strong supplier relationships.

This is a full‑time on‑site role as a Procurement Executive at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree education level
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• Experience handling import shipments is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers
• Resourceful, self‑driven, proactive and capable of working both independently and in a team
• Demonstrates a friendly, approachable demeanor, presents themselves professionally, and upholds high standards of honesty and integrity
• Location: Jalan Raja Chulan, KL

• Preparation and issuance of purchase orders, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery
• Liaison with suppliers, both local and overseas, to manage deliveries and orders efficiently
• Knowledge of procurement practices is an added advantage
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting
• Responsible for negotiating prices in line with the company's cost‑saving objectives
• Maintenance of accurate records of purchases, quotations, supplier information and relevant documentation
