• Oversee stock flow, forecast demand, and execute purchase orders and allocations to ensure operational continuity.

• Analyse product performance and lifecycle, recommending improvements, phase-outs, or repositioning.
• Conduct market and consumer research to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new development.
• Document research, testing, and development activities for transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve products, processes, and customer experience.
• Resolve operational and product challenges with analytical and creative solutions.
• Design and deliver product training to empower the sales team to effectively communicate product value to customers.
