We are seeking a talented Procurement and Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team at IPS Electronics Sdn Bhd in Pekan Nanas, Johor. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement and logistics operations for our growing manufacturing business.

What you’ll be doing

Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies to ensure timely, cost-efficient sourcing of materials and supplies

Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and pricing for the organisation

Maintaining accurate inventory records and managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse

Coordinating with logistics providers to ensure the seamless transportation and delivery of products

Analysing procurement and logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings

Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to align procurement and logistics activities with the overall business objectives

What we’re looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a procurement or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing industry

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Proficient in inventory management and supply chain operations

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to optimise procurement and logistics processes
