Job summary

A global medical technology company is seeking a manufacturing support professional to prepare documents, assist engineers, and troubleshoot production issues. Ideal candidates should have a Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field and at least one year of experience in production support. Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English is needed. This role offers a salary range of RM2500 to RM3500.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in production support or NPI context.
• Basic mechanical or electrical understanding, able to perform simple data analysis.
• Prior experience in high-volume manufacturing, electronics/medical device environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain manufacturing documents.
• Assist Process Engineers in daily operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
• Assist in sourcing and requesting POs for tools.

Basic mechanical understanding
