Junior/Senior Process & Production Engineer

We are looking for a Junior/Senior Process & Production Engineer who will be part of the operations team and focus on manufacturing process improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor production progress, work‑in‑process status, and output performance to ensure on‑time delivery and compliance with quality requirements.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret production data; prepare reports and improvement proposals.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and control plans.
  • Lead in‑process optimization, cycle‑time reduction, scrap reduction, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Participate in new process or product introduction, qualification, and production ramp‑up activities.
  • Maintain accurate and complete manufacturing records, production documentation, and SOPs in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to relevant departments for management review.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to enhance product performance and reduce defects.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and good 5S practice (zero incidents/accidents).
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors based on the business needs/requirements.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in process engineering or manufacturing.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with CAD software is an advantage.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytic skills.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously self‑develop.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
