Reports to: Process Manager

What You’ll Do

• Ensure smooth operation of the Process Section to meet production targets without compromising on product quality, cost and safety aspects.
• Play an active role in planning operation including staffing allocation, overtime arrangement, maintenance coordination, BEC activities and ad‑hoc rework tasks.
• Ensure all production records are periodically updated including downtime analysis, Shift Review Boards, and parameter checks.
• Ensures that end of shift reports and SAP transactions are completed.
• Actively lead and involve in Shift Review Meetings. Shift handovers are required to be conducted between Executives and Leaders.
• Ensure routine maintenance and equipment cleaning are conducted on the process areas as per established.
• Review process operation performance on hourly basis and analyze major stoppages/recurring downtimes for corrective as well as preventative actions.
• Ensure idling hours are utilized with GMP practices or BEC activities.
• Monitors readiness at Production Line including filler, pasteurizers, tanks, etc.
• Ensure disciplines are well adhered in the operation by all subordinates.
• Report any critical issues to Process Manager on a timely manner. It includes major breakdowns, safety incidences, product integrity and extraordinary yield losses.
• Ensure all parameters and recipes are checked prior and during operation.
• Escalate machine breakdowns in a timely manner. Ensure sufficient support from Leader, Maintenance personnel or Production Executive in troubleshooting.
• Ensure safety procedure is adhered at all times in the operation.
• Lead or support improvement projects.
• Ensures all internal and external correspondence is in accordance with the Company requirements.
• Maintains safe and healthy working environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or any related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in process management, operations, production or similar roles. Experience in F&B industry would be an added advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with continuous improvement mentality.
• Able to work in shifts (Morning & Night).
