Qualifications

• More than 10 years experience in process engineering or industrialization in semiconductor or optical industry.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes like CMP, Grinding, Thin Film Coating, and CNC.
• Leadership experience with a focus on productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and transfer new process technologies from R&D to manufacturing.
• Lead the department of process engineers for productivity improvements.
• Work collaboratively with R&D, Product Development, and Quality teams.
