Responsibilities
  • Develop process and production concepts for improvement of existing processes.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Monitor process performance through data analysis and make necessary adjustments.
  • Responsible to coordinating the development of user manual, training material and other documentation needed to enable successful implementation.
  • Supports development department in dimensioning of new products and production processes due to lean aspects during the development process to ensure an optimized serial production.
  • Provide technical support during audits and inspections.
  • To follow any other instruction or work responsibilities as instructed by the superior from time to time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical processes, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Proficient in process simulation software and MS Office.
  • Good analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
