This is an exciting opportunity to join Southern Lion Sdn Bhd as a Process Engineer. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimising and streamlining the manufacturing processes within our production facility in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position that will see you work collaboratively with our talented engineering and production team to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to boost efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs and improve product quality
• Design, develop and test new process improvements and modifications to existing systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate process performance and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and quality standards

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Process Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with all levels
• Passion for driving continuous improvement and a commitment to safety and quality
