Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise offset printing operations (Ryobi / RMGT machines).
• Ensure printing quality meets company and customer standards.
• Monitor machine setup, color matching, registration, and troubleshooting.
• Train, guide, and monitor printing operators.
• Troubleshoot machine and printing issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in offset printing.
• Hands‑on experience with Ryobi and/or RMGT offset printing machines.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, color control, and materials.
• Leadership skills with ability to manage a team.
