As Principal Teacher, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of early childhood educators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs that promote the holistic development of our students. What you'll be doing

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations of the early childhood education centre.
• Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that align with national educational standards.
• Mentor and coach a team of early childhood educators, fostering their professional growth and ensuring consistent delivery of educational programs.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to create a supportive learning environment that addresses the unique needs of each child.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies governing early childhood education.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the centre's programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress, attendance, and centre operations.
