Job summary

A leading medical systems provider is seeking a candidate to manage customer relationships and achieve sales targets. This role involves developing new accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and engaging with team members. The ideal applicant should possess a Degree in Biomedical and have at least 5 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry. Knowledge of Rehabilitation Specialties is a plus. Candidates should be ready for flexible work hours including weekends for trade shows.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the Healthcare Industry.
  • Exposure to Rehab Specialty is an added advantage.

Job Description
  • Responsible for building and managing the relationship with an assigned set of customers in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the company and meeting / exceeding sales target.
  • Ensures that customers have a positive experience; commits to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Actively developing new account relationships in the Zone / Area to enhance customer penetration.
  • Proactively identify opportunities/new sales lead, understand customer requirements, prepare quotation, follow up and monitor closely to win deals.
  • Apply SPARKS methodology meticulously and timely input and update status of all leads in SPARKS app.
  • Provide timely support to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide customer’s credit and payment data to manage purchase orders.
  • Act as primary contact to address customer, product and customer quality concerns, which directly impact customer satisfaction, sales and market share retention.
  • Work closely with team manager to organize product demo and facilitate customer training.
  • Prepare regular reports, call plans, customer visit schedule as required by team Manager.
  • Occasional weekend and evening trade show and/or meeting participation are a must.
  • Submit any required administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Proactively learning features of new products and understand new service offering developed by the Company.
  • Partner with dealers and region team to drive best practice behaviors related to Field capability.
  • Engage dealer principal, management and all levels of the business team to maximize service growth, profitability and absorption through training and promoting best practices.
  • Gain dealer alignment on targeted reinvestment into facilities, assets and personnel.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior or management.
Qualifications
