Responsibilities
  • Data Solution Design and Implementation: Leading the design of data solutions for financial industry clients (banks), covering scenarios such as data lakes, data warehouses, data governance (data quality and security), real-time risk control, and precision marketing. Combining real-time computing (Flink) and AI technologies (such as large models and machine learning), designing differentiated solutions tailored to the pain points of clients in different countries and regions.
  • Pre-sales Process Management: Covering the entire pre-sales process from visiting senior client executives (CTO/CDO level), communicating client needs, to contract signing. Developing pre-sales strategies, and coordinating tender documents, presentation materials, and proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations.
  • Product Development Collaboration: Regularly collaborate with the R&D team to gather market and customer needs, drive functional iterations of data products, and design scenarios and demonstration highlights.
  • Marketing Activities and Ecosystem Cooperation: Develop marketing strategies, participate in marketing activity preparation, prepare marketing materials, and conduct themed presentations. Maintain regular communication with partners to understand the characteristics of their products and solutions and provide partners with solution packages and training.
Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: A minimum 5 years of experience in banking or Fintech related field experience.
  • Technical Competencies: Familiar with big data technology stacks (Hadoop/Spark/Flink, etc.) possessing knowledge of real-time computing/Data Lake/Warehouse integrated architecture design, and data governance consulting capabilities.
  • Business Abilities: Understanding of the characteristics of application software in the financial industry, able to effectively integrate product and project information through various methods to develop industry and client solutions.
