Preschool Teacher/Nursery Teacher (BU8, Bandar Utama)

Eduwis BU8, Bandar Utama is seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher/Nursery Teacher to join our growing team in Bandar Utama, Selangor. As a fulltime Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, engaging lesson plans that foster the cognitive, social-emotional, physical and language development of young children aged between 3 to 6 years old.
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment that promotes exploration, creativity and positive social interactions.
• Observe and document children's progress, adjusting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's learning and overall wellbeing.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development and other activities to continually improve teaching practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant early childhood education regulations and policies.
• Team player, creative and able to support preschool events.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field; strong interest in preschool teaching, qualification in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Psychology, or Education is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of child development, age-appropriate teaching methods and positive behaviour management techniques.
• 0–2 years of experience in childcare, preschool, or kindergarten (fresh graduates welcome for assistant teacher's position).
• Fair communication skills in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated teaching team.
