An educational management company is seeking a candidate to act as a liaison between headquarters and franchisee centres. The role involves providing professional advice to centre principals, conducting regular quality assurance visits, and organising operational training sessions. Act as the primary liaison between Headquarters and franchisee centres.
Provide professional advice to centre principals on daily operations, staffing, enrolment, and performance improvement.
Support centres in resolving operational issues and challenges.
Conduct regular centre visits to ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and quality benchmarks.
Prepare visit reports and follow up on improvement plans with centres.
Communicate centre needs and requests to relevant HQ departments clearly and effectively.
Foster strong relationships with franchisees to maintain alignment and trust.
Organise and conduct operational trainings, briefings, and meetings with franchisees and centre teams.
Ensure franchisees are well-informed of updated policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Collect and analyse operational data from centres to monitor performance trends.
Prepare and present reports on centre performance, visit outcomes, and follow-up actions.
Assist in planning and executing company-led events such as exhibitions, concerts, graduations, and training sessions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of projects assigned by the Head of Department.
