About the Role

Delivering structured training and development programs, as outlined by Premier Academy, to the tied agency force.

• Deliver training programmes that are intended to influence agency business performance that are unique to the respective tactical plans of the assigned region.
• Coach agents inside and outside training session to constantly improve performance.
• Identify training needs of the agents in the assigned region, devise training plan and schedule courses to meet those needs.
• Assist with projects and tasks related to quality, productivity, and business performance improvement.

Job Requirements

• A recognized Degree in any discipline from a reputable University.
• At least 5 year(s) working experience in conducting face-to-face training and developing training materials (for a more sophisticated and advanced training programme, different years of working experience may be required).
• Able to use relevant software / applications for the purpose of designing and developing training materials.
• Experienced working with Distribution Channels, which involve in sales and marketing of financial products is an added advantage.
