SOONHUP LICHENG SDN. BHD. is seeking a Precast Engineer (Production) to join our team in Senai Johor. This is a full‑time position that will play a critical role in overseeing the production of precast concrete elements within our manufacturing facility.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth progress of the project.
• Coordinate with sub‑contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project timelines.
• Monitor work quality, safety compliance, and resolve site issues promptly.
• Prepare basic reports, site updates, and ensure documentation is accurate.
• Attend site meetings and support the Project Manager in planning and execution.
• Ensure materials are available to keep the project running efficiently.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a precast concrete production or manufacturing role.
• Strong technical knowledge of precast concrete design, production, and quality control.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate a production team.
