We are seeking a Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by providing functional and solution expertise for AI-enabled ERP solutions, with a strong emphasis on Odoo ERP. The role involves understanding client requirements, delivering solution demonstrations, and supporting proposal and solution design activities for mid-level ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand business requirements and operational processes.
  • Provide solution recommendations for ERP and Odoo modules, workflows, and AI-driven features.
  • Conduct system demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and proof-of-concepts based on client scenarios.
  • Perform requirement analysis and gap assessment for ERP implementations.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, scope of work (SOW), and tender documentation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Functional Consultants, Technical Teams, and Project Managers to ensure solution alignment and feasibility.
  • Support the transition from pre-sales to implementation teams with clear documentation and handover.
