Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in sourcing activities, including obtaining quotations and conducting basic market research.
  • Support vendor registration and documentation processes.
  • Help prepare and update procurement records, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
  • Assist in evaluating supplier proposals and compiling comparison sheets.
  • Provide support in monitoring contract compliance and vendor performance.
  • Participate in the coordination of procurement meetings and reporting.
  • Perform other administrative tasks to support the procurement team as required.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
  • Strong interest in procurement, supply chain, and vendor management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and willing to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
