Job summary

A leading semiconductor firm in Penang is seeking a Production Test Engineer to optimize test processes and develop new product test programs. This role demands a BS or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and strong knowledge in analog and digital circuits. Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English are essential. The candidate should be willing to undergo training in Chengdu for two months each year. Experience in power IC testing would be a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a BS or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Good knowledge of programming languages is required, minimum C, preference for C++.
• Working experience in power IC testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize production test cost and efficiency.
• Design and debug hardware and test programs for new products.
• Develop test programs for precision parametric measurements.
