Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands‑on Power BI experience, including requirement gathering and report implementation.
• Excellent computer knowledge, particularly MS Office.
• Preferably with contact centre background.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Power BI Consultant to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights for decision‑making.
• Support the entire BI lifecycle, including data analysis and design.
