PMO Protege Trainee (Ref. No. R1011535)

Responsibilities

• Define and implement project standards, delivery plans, and governance frameworks.
• Maintain comprehensive PMO documentation including project registers, reports, logs, and plans.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, tracking actions, and ensuring follow-ups.
• Monitor project interdependencies, escalated risks, and support audits, stage reviews, and lessons learned.
• Prepare and consolidate internal and external reporting packs for stakeholders.
• Track budgets, resource allocations, and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, standards, and quality requirements.
• Liaise with stakeholders to provide timely and accurate status updates.

Technical Awareness & Support

• Understand and interpret technical documentation.
• Apply basic technical knowledge to support project discussions.
• Collaborate effectively with technical teams.

Qualifications

• Good project governance capabilities along with a solid foundation in technical understanding.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management.
• Familiarity with railway signalling systems and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tools like SharePoint and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts.
• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
