PME (Product Mechanical Eng) Asst. Manager / Sr Engineer - Port Klang

Responsibilities:

• Optimizes and improves the efficiency of an organization’s manufacturing and industrial processes, ensure the smooth functioning of production lines, develop new techniques, modify existing designs and coordinate process improvement projects.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce costs, minimize waste and increase efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes, technologies and equipment.
• Monitoring and analyzing process data, identifying trends and proposing solutions for process improvement continuously.
• To continuous update and revise PFMEA/MPM/BPM/CTQ/Error proofing and lean six sigma item.
• To involve with i4.0 project and automation project.

Job Requirements:

• 1. Bachelor’s Degree / Master Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical Eng, Industrial Eng, Manufacturing Engineering or similar).
• 2. At least 4 years working experience in the related field.
• 3. Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis. (TQC Tools, 4M1E method)
• 4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues.
• 5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• 6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• 7. Willing to work on shift rotation and support overtime (weekdays & weekend).
• 8. Language proficiency :- English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaker is an added advantage
