We are looking for a dynamic and organized Playground Operation Executive to manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of our recreational facility. This role requires a blend of operational management, customer service, and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of visitors. The successful candidate will work closely with staff, stakeholders, and the community to maintain a fun, safe, and efficient environment for children and families.
Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the playground, including opening and closing, maintaining cleanliness, and addressing equipment issues.
Staff Supervision: Oversee playground attendants and volunteers, ensuring they are well-trained and follow all safety protocols and customer service standards.
Safety Compliance: Monitor safety conditions and adhere to safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for visitors at all times.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints from visitors.
Maintenance Coordination: Work with maintenance teams to keep playground equipment in working condition, reporting repairs or updates needed.
Event Planning: Organize and coordinate special events, activities, and programs for children and families to enhance the playground experience.
Budget Management: Assist in budgeting and expense tracking, ensuring cost-effective operation of the playground.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with parents, local authorities, and the community to foster relationships and promote the playground's services and events.
Proven experience in park or recreational facility management, event planning, or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle emergencies and ensure the safety of all visitors.
Familiarity with safety regulations, playground maintenance, and relevant policies.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
First aid and CPR certification.
Experience with customer service in a recreational or public-facing environment.
A passion for community engagement and children’s activities.
