Qualifications

• Experience in enforcing safety standards and PPE requirements.
• Proven ability to manage production planning and execution.
• Strong knowledge of quality compliance standards like GMP+, HACCP.

Safety Leadership

• Enforce safety standards and PPE requirements without compromise

Production Planning & Execution

• Own monthly, weekly, and daily production planning
• Implement and manage a structured frozen planning window
• Balance demand, capacity, changeovers, maintenance, and QA activities
• Protect maintenance and QA time from unplanned disruptions

Operational Performance

• Stabilize plant operations and improve equipment reliability and OEE
• Ensure preventive maintenance is planned, executed, and tracked
• Reduce unplanned downtime and reactive firefighting

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with GMP+, FAMI-QS, HACCP, and internal standards
• Guarantee accurate and timely batch records and documentation
• Lead audit preparation and external audits

People Leadership

• Lead production, maintenance, QA/QC, and operators
• Set clear roles, expectations, and accountability
• Address performance or behavioral issues promptly and professionally

Communication & Reporting

• Establish a clear daily, weekly, and monthly operating rhythm
• Provide concise, proactive reporting to management
• Ensure issues are escalated early, with solutions
