Enforce safety standards and PPE requirements without compromise

Intervene and stop operations when unsafe conditions are identified

Ensure supervisors actively apply safety rules on the shop floor

Production Planning & Execution

Own monthly, weekly, and daily production planning

Implement and manage a structured frozen planning window

Balance demand, capacity, changeovers, maintenance, and QA activities

Protect maintenance and QA time from unplanned disruptions

Operational Performance

Stabilize plant operations and improve equipment reliability and OEE

Ensure preventive maintenance is planned, executed, and tracked

Reduce unplanned downtime and reactive firefighting

Quality & Compliance

Ensure compliance with GMP+, FAMI-QS, HACCP, and internal standards

Guarantee accurate and timely batch records and documentation

Lead audit preparation and external audits

Lead production, maintenance, QA/QC, and operators

Set clear roles, expectations, and accountability

Address performance or behavioral issues promptly and professionally

Communication & Reporting

Establish a clear daily, weekly, and monthly operating rhythm

Provide concise, proactive reporting to management

Ensure issues are escalated early, with solutions
