The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills. This role requires proficiency in CMMS, ERP, and statistical analysis tools, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations while optimizing maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance or operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing teams responsible for production automation, equipment maintenance, and plant systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem‑solving skills, including root‑cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance and facilities team, including external contractors.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Champion 3S/4S/5S workplace organisation and visual management practices.
