Plant Maintenance Engineer (E&E / Instrumentation)

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal operation and peak efficiency of industrial facilities and equipment.
• Oversee maintenance activities, tackle issues as they arise, and implement proactive strategies to minimize downtime and boost overall productivity.
• Perform repairs and troubleshoot electronic, instrumentation, robotic, electrical systems to resolve breakdowns and malfunctions promptly.
• Uphold the seamless and efficient operation of our company's manufacturing plants and assembly lines facilities.
• Routine maintenance and repairs aimed at preserving our equipment and machinery in their best possible state.
• Minimizing equipment failures and downtime, increasing productivity and upholding the safety of our workforce.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and equipment history records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Industrial setting with min 3 to 4 years in PCB layout (multi-layers, through holes, SMT, SKD Line for solar modules) and Combine Box is desirable.
• Proficiency in PLC and robotic programming.
• Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and computer-aided design (CAD) software or similar.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and standards related to plant maintenance, such as ISO 9001.
