Job summary

A leading provider of custom solutions in Malaysia is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee finance at the plant level. The role involves ensuring compliance with local regulations, leading financial planning and reporting, and engaging with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, and must be proficient in SAP ERP. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on finance experience, including at least 3 years in a finance manager position.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, or communications industry is preferable.
• Familiar with local GAAP, tax regulations, and IFRS GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Oversee month-end closing and ensure accurate reporting.
• Review and approve payables and drive cash conversion initiatives.
