Job Description:

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting for the business, including management reports, financial account, statutory audit, corporate tax and indirect tax.
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations including month end closing and review journals, posting and reconciliations to ensure accordance to accounting standards.
• Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation and ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements as well as company accounting policies.
• Maintain formulate and implement accounting and internal control systems, policies and procedures to safeguard assets and operations.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, statutory bodies, tax consultant and other consultants for audit / financial and tax matters.
• Work closely with Management & Industrial team to achieve Group's objectives and participate actively in business growth and expansion.
• Assist any other tasks and projects as needed from time to time

Job requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor in Finance and Accounting / CIMA / ACCA / CPA
• Minimum 5 years related experience
