A multinational organization is seeking a meticulous Master Data Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to enhance its digital planning systems, specifically Kinaxis Maestro. The candidate will be responsible for user support, training, and driving process improvements across global standards. We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Master Data Specialist to support our regional planning community in improving the effectiveness of our digital planning systems, namely Kinaxis Maestro. This role is pivotal in ensuring consistent planning practices within our global operating templates, supporting end users, solving system issues, and driving adoption of new processes and enhancements. The role will form part of a global community of functional experts who will work closely with the Global Planning Centre of Excellence and the IT technical architect and support teams to triage and prioritise ongoing process or technical defects, as well as prioritise and author agreed enhancements within the system.
This position requires proven Kinaxis Maestro experience as a contributor or author, combining strong analytical skills within our digital planning tool, some experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (e.g. SAP) would be advantageous together with the ability to foster positive and collaborative working relationships with supply chain planning and IT colleagues.

Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in supply chain planning or similar role in consumer goods, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries.
