Job summary

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to lead patient-centered care and deliver comprehensive rehabilitation programs across the organization.

Carry out patient assessments and treatments, maintaining responsibility for a clinical caseload.

Participate in on-call emergency duty rosters at the assigned site.

Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and legally compliant medical records.

Report any deficiencies in working conditions, equipment, or procedures that may pose risks, and ensure appropriate safety measures are taken.

Make independent clinical decisions and evaluate treatment outcomes with senior staff support.

Actively participate in MDT meetings and case conferences, ensuring effective communication of clinical information to health and social care teams.

Safely operate and apply rehabilitation equipment and techniques, including Traction, electrotherapy, shockwave therapy, and High Intensity Laser.

Actively engage in ongoing learning, maintaining up-to-date knowledge through evidence-based practice and completing personal development objectives with guidance from the line manager.

Participate and contribute to in-service training programs, peer reviews, and complete induction and on-call competency training.

Maintain responsibility for personal professional development records and identify individual learning needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

Possess a Degree in Physiotherapy.

Both fresh graduates and experienced Physiotherapists are welcome to apply.
