We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PHP IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in a 24/7 shift capacity. As a PHP IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless operation of our PHP-based systems. This role requires a deep understanding of PHP, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, around‑the‑clock environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for PHP applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of PHP & Laravel systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency.
• Respond to and resolve IT‑related incidents and service requests during 24/7 shifts.
• Document and communicate technical solutions clearly to clients and team members.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and be available to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience working with PHP, Laravel and PHP‑based applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in a similar IT support role is a plus.
