Photographer & Videographer (Food, Lifestyle & Corporate)

Location: Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: RM 3,900 - RM 4,900

About the Role

Aspiro Studio is hiring a highly skilled and creatively driven Photographer & Videographer to join our team in Mont Kiara. You will be responsible for producing premium, cinematic, and trend-driven visual content across food, lifestyle, retail, and corporate brands.

This role requires someone who understands styling, composition, lighting, cinematography, and modern editing techniques, and who can conceptualise, direct, and deliver strong visual content that aligns with brand objectives. You must also be confident in communicating with clients and leading creative execution on set.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute photography and videography projects across food, lifestyle, retail, and corporate categories
• Conceptualise visual direction, creative angles, and storytelling flow
• Develop moodboards, shoot plans, and campaign concepts
• Produce cinematic videos and premium photography that match brand needs
• Edit videos using DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro, and create mobile-first cuts using CapCut when required
• Edit photos with Lightroom and Photoshop
• Ensure all content reflects high-quality, trendy, and brand-aligned aesthetics
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding creative direction and deliverables
• Work closely with the team on props, styling, lighting, and shoot execution
• Manage shoot timelines and deliver assets on schedule
• Stay updated with food, lifestyle, and social media visual trends

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2–4 years photography & videography experience
• A strong portfolio showcasing cinematic videos, food content, lifestyle visuals, or brand campaigns
• Skilled in lighting, camera operation, framing, styling, and on-site direction
• Proficient in:
  • DaVinci Resolve / Adobe Premiere Pro
  • CapCut (for iPhone/social-first client requirements)
  • Photoshop & Lightroom
• Ability to conceptualise creative ideas, themes, and storytelling frameworks
• Excellent communication and client-facing professionalism
• Reliable, committed to deadlines, and strong work ethic
• Agency experience and social media knowledge preferred
