Job Responsibilities
  • Attend and assist customers, provide product information and offer advice and guidance on product selection.
  • Assist the pharmacist in drug dispensing and other related duties.
  • Attend and assist customers, provide product information and offer advice and guidance on product selection.
  • Receives incoming goods, stores the deliveries, and is involved in stock control and management.
  • Responds to and is responsible for dealing with customer inquiries or complaints and refers the queries to the relevant member of the pharmacy team when necessary.
  • Place price tags, keep up to date with special promotions, and set up displays.
  • Responsible for processing cash and card payments and balancing the cash register with receipts.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and security at all times.
  • Ensure stock visibility and product displays.
  • Handle cashiering duties and calculate daily cash flow.
  • Plan, monitor, and achieve monthly personal sales target.
  • Any other task as and when assigned by the superior or any other ad‑hoc assignment when required.
Job Requirements
  • Possess minimum Diploma in Pharmacy or Bachelor in Pharmacy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Having a friendly and engaging personality.
  • Outspoken, strong customer service skills and sales‑oriented mindset.
  • Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
