Responsibilities

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Pharmacy and registered with Malaysian Pharmaceutical Board and qualified for Licenses A
  • Pleasant personality with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to interact well with all levels of people and management
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, passionate in pharmacy profession and have genuine interest in community pharmacy practices
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Candidates with no retail experience are also encouraged to apply as training will be provided
Job Responsibilities
Professional Service
  • To communicate with customers to understand their medical / nutrition / diet needs
  • To provide basic health screenings
  • To counsel and advice clients on their medication regimen and to improve health conditions
  • To screen prescription and dispense accurately
  • To recommend suitable health supplements
  • To assist in day-to-day Operations including coverage for other pharmacists if the need rises
Stock Management
  • To assist in stock take and responsible for expired / shortage of product
  • To ensure inventory record and stocks are always tally
  • To maintain product wastage at low level according to the Company’s guidelines
  • To receive stocks according to purchase order
  • To store products, follow proper guidelines
  • To ensure product availability while keeping cost at its optimal performance and work within storage capacity constraints
People Management
  • To train and induct new co-workers, provide constant coaching and support
  • To communicate new product promotion and ensure promotion are communicated accurately to customers
Professional Compliance
  • To ensure the pharmacy always comply to government regulatory
  • To execute best pharmacy practice and follow guidelines given by authority and the Company
  • To upkeep prescription and poison book record
