A local pharmacy service provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality service. The role includes managing staff, inventory, and customer complaints effectively. Candidates should have experience in pharmacy management and a commitment to improving service standards. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the assigned Pharmacy service, ensuring smooth operations and delivery of quality service in compliance with applicable policies, guidelines, and accreditation standards.
Ensure all regulatory requirements related to pharmacy practice are met, including record keeping and narcotics supply.
Deliver excellent customer service for the pharmacy, including managing customer complaints promptly and effectively until resolution.
Manage pharmacy inventory in accordance with inventory and security controls, ensuring adequate medication supply and minimizing wastage.
Supervise pharmacy staff and review staff rosters as needed to maximize productivity and maintain smooth pharmacy operations.
Provide guidance, monitor, and evaluate the work performance of pharmacy staff under supervision.
Assist the Chief Retail Officer in developing, implementing, and reviewing quality initiatives and work standards to ensure medication safety and improve work efficiency.
Align activity planning for the pharmacy service with clinical, quality, and business objectives of the department and hospital.
