Overview
This Credit & Marketing role mainly focuses on Industrial & Equipment hire purchase and mostly deals with SME clients, business owners from various sectors and clients recommended by our suppliers. The candidate does not have to search for new prospects but is required to build strong relationships with suppliers to generate leads.
Responsibilities
- To market industrial hire purchase products to existing customers and new prospects.
- To conduct site visits and Know Your Customer (KYC) on new applications and make recommendations with sound credit judgment to the credit department.
- To ensure assigned cases are followed up timely and completed within the stipulated time frame.
- To develop and maintain good business relationships with existing and prospective customers and suppliers.
- To conduct ongoing reviews on existing customers and assist in collections whenever required.
- Plan and carry out marketing activities to achieve targets in terms of volume, amount, and number of clients.
- Achieve sales and profit targets.
