• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.

We recently after major renovation, a brand new station at Temerloh area.

We are seeking two experienced Petrol Station Supervisors, one Malay and one Chinese, to join our dynamic team at Yow Brothers Service Station in Temerloh, Pahang. As a Petrol Station Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our service station and ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of fuel and other services to our valued customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Supervising daily sales and increasing sales
• Monitoring and coordinating the work of petrol station attendants and cashiers to maintain high levels of customer service
• Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of fuel and other product sales transactions
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of fuel, lubricants, and other related products
• Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the petrol station facilities and equipment
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Preparing and submitting accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on station operations
• Assisting with the implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales
• Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
