What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of petrol station staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and performance
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing stock control
• Providing excellent customer service, handling customer queries and complaints effectively
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Assisting in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
